Hello. Welcome to my blog. I think I’ve been planning to do this since discovering the internet at college nearly 30 years ago, though it’s going to be very different now to what it would have been then. Or is it? The key thing for me in having a blog on my website is for you to get to know me and learn more about how I work. When people do research about what creates “successful” outcomes in therapy, the key factor isn’t the type of therapy or the number of years som
